[Sportschosun Kim Joon-seok] Broadcaster Jang Sung-kyu said he is considering vasectomy reversal as he expressed a strong desire to have a third child.
On the 19th, Jang Sung-kyu uploaded a video to his YouTube channel in which he counseled viewers on their concerns.
The video featured comedian Jung Seong-ho, a father of five, and expectant father Kim Ki-hyuk, who spoke candidly about the realities and worries of raising a large family.
When the topic of vasectomy and reversal came up, Jang Sung-kyu honestly shared his own experience.
Jang Sung-kyu, who has two sons, began by saying, "I had a vasectomy, but I didn't feel any pain at all."
He then explained the so-called golden time for vasectomy reversal, saying, "I heard that if it is reconnected within five years, the chances of pregnancy are higher. The longer it takes, the more the function declines, so I'm thinking it over."
In particular, Jang Sung-kyu hinted at the possibility of having a third child, saying, "I am discussing it seriously with my wife. We have to decide within five years, so I'm torn over whether to have a third child or not."
Jung Seong-ho, a father of five, strongly recommended having a third child, saying, "The love that comes from a late-born child is enormous." He also added a hopeful prediction that Jang Sung-kyu's third child would be a daughter, creating a warm atmosphere.
Jang Sung-kyu responded, "I really will go and get it reversed again," expressing his strong wish to become a devoted girl dad.
