According to the agency, the name for Park Jae-jung's first official fan club, for which recruitment begins on the 22nd, was initially announced as "Namu" (Tree), incorporating the artist's nickname and meaning.
However, they explained that after the announcement, they confirmed that fans of Park Hyo-shin's official fan club, "Soul Tree," had long referred to Park Hyo-shin by the nickname "Namu. " The agency stated, "We determined that although the official fan club names themselves are different, using the same nickname could cause confusion," adding, "We thought it was appropriate to respond more cautiously, especially as we are launching an official fan club for the first time.
" They continued, "We have decided to reconsider the fan club name previously announced," and added, "We plan to announce the new name separately at a later date. " However, regarding the recruitment for the first fan club.
The schedule will proceed as planned.
The agency added, "Recruitment for the first fan club will proceed as scheduled starting June 22.
