[Sportschosun Kim So-hee] Singer and broadcaster Haha showed his strong friendship with comedian Yang Sang-guk by offering heartfelt comfort after Yang recently struggled with an attitude controversy.
On the 20th, the YouTube channel "HAHA PD" released a video titled "Yongho-dong Busan Vacation."
The video showed Haha, Yang Sang-guk, and Park Young-jin, who have come together as the so-called "Busan claimants," reuniting at Oryukdo in Busan and enjoying a cheerful time. From the start, the three displayed their trademark chemistry and sharp banter, drawing laughter.
Haha, in particular, first checked in on Yang Sang-guk, who has had a difficult time amid several recent controversies. He asked, "Sang-guk, you feel at ease now that you're on our channel, right?" Yang replied, "I was brought back from the brink," sending the set into laughter.
Yang Sang-guk then joked, "You came down here for filming, but I almost ended up staying down here for good. I was going to keep waiting in Gimhae, asking, 'Hyung, when are you coming down? Don't you have any filming in Busan?'"
Haha comforted him by saying, "As I keep saying, this is the road to becoming a star." Park Young-jin also offered words of support, saying, "Think of it as learning one more thing, building one more thing, and going through growing pains. Growing pains."
Later, Haha expressed his gratitude to viewers. He said, "A lot has happened to us. But in fact, there are so many people who love the Busan claimants," adding, "I really cried a lot while reading the comments. I was so thankful. It had been a long time since I felt this kind of passion."
Yang Sang-guk then asked, "How many comments were there supporting Jung-woo hyung?" Park Young-jin replied, "There are already more than 4,000." Surprised by the unexpectedly strong response, Haha said, "Wow, that's insane."
Yang Sang-guk joked, "That means there were more comments on that than on all of Haha hyung's previous videos combined. If there are 4,000 comments, that's unbelievable," drawing laughter once again.
When Haha then said, "And these days, overall YouTube views are going down," Yang Sang-guk shot back, "But those 4,000 people didn't leave a single comment when I was having a hard time?" His remark triggered more laughter.
At that point, Haha did not hesitate to fire back, saying, "No, they were the ones criticizing you." Everyone burst out laughing at the unexpected bluntness. Yang Sang-guk then looked into the camera, made a finger heart, and shouted, "I love you~"
Haha said, "Those are the people who are truly passionate," while Park Young-jin added his own trademark wit: "Now stop apologizing, and you all should stop writing posts too. If you really don't like it, just sue them. You can really send it in." His comment once again turned the set into a sea of laughter.
