In episode 403 of the MBC variety show "Omniscient Interfering View," which aired on the 20th, the colorful daily lives of chef Park Eun-young and ILLIT were shown. In particular, the "Crazy Sisters dance battle" between Park Eun-young and her twin sister Park Eun-kyung drew the highest minute-by-minute rating of 5.1%, making it the most-watched moment of the day. The broadcast first featured a meeting between chef Park Eun-young, who had previously gone viral with ILLIT's "Not Cute Anymore" challenge, and ILLIT members Minju and Wonhee. Park Eun-young then immediately stood at center stage and perfectly delivered the smiling-then-stone-faced version, sending the studio into laughter.
The show then revealed Park Eun-young's newlywed home for the first time since her marriage. Couple items placed throughout the house and the warm atmosphere of the home drew envy from viewers. In particular, the yogurt her husband had made himself and their affectionate phone call showed the tenderness of a newlywed couple.
But the mood changed as soon as the call ended. Park Eun-young showed her hidden wild side by dancing along to ILLIT's "It's Me" and a range of other idol choreography. Her unchanged love for idols and overflowing energy even after marriage brought laughter to viewers.
After returning from her honeymoon, Park Eun-young went to work for the first time at a restaurant that had been open for six months, where she focused on developing new menu items with head chef Yoon Jun-won and sous chef Kim Sung-hwan. She gave a sharp assessment of the "gold star-style" dish and the caviar avocado tofu samhap, while also showcasing her serious side as a chef with dishes such as chicken wing dumplings and Sichuan-style steamed fish inspired by techniques she learned in Hong Kong.
Dishes made with domestic sea cucumber, deodeok, and black bean sauce received high praise from fellow chefs, but Park Eun-young was not satisfied and continued refining even the smallest details, showing her relentless passion for research. She also revealed an anecdote about making a special doenjang stew for her husband herself during their long-distance relationship in Hong Kong, highlighting her romantic side.
After work, Park Eun-young did not head to her newlywed home but instead went to the house of her twin sister Park Eun-kyung, where she had lived before marriage. The two arrived casually with tteokbokki in hand and began sorting through clothes and belongings they had not yet put away.
But the cleanup quickly turned into a battle between real-life sisters. They bickered over a luxury bag they had shared, joking, "Let's cut it in half," and "You'd be better off with a cloth bag," which drew big laughs. The moment they recalled crying while looking at each other on the day of the wedding also brought a touching note, but they soon broke into a dance battle with dazed expressions, delivering laughter with their signature "Crazy Sisters" charm.
Meanwhile, ILLIT's daily life was also revealed. In manager Lee Bo-na's behind-the-scenes video, which focused on album promotions and short-form content, the group's new dorm was unveiled for the first time.
The members, who live on the upper and lower floors depending on their preferences, showed different charms. Wonhee displayed impressive dexterity in a room filled with various props, while Minju revealed a minimalist space with only the items she needed. Minju also surprised everyone by revealing her gaming skills, having reached Platinum in League of Legends and scored more than 800,000 points with Katarina as her main champion.
ILLIT later met broadcaster Boom, who drew attention with the "It's Me" challenge that incorporated the catchphrase "If you don't come out, we'll come in." Boom showed his exceptional fandom, saying, "I check the music charts every morning," and ILLIT created a warm atmosphere by sharing their short-form production know-how directly.
ILLIT also took the stage at Sejong University's festival, performing their new song "It's Me" along with their hit track "Magnetic." The performance ended successfully amid the students' loud sing-alongs and cheers, and Park Eun-young, who watched from the sidelines, ended up dancing along like ILLIT's "sixth member," taking charge of the final laughs.
In the preview released at the end of the episode, Tiffany Young of Girls' Generation, marking the group's 20th debut anniversary, was teased as a guest. Tiffany Young is set to share sweet newlywed stories, including dating advice for her manager and the line, "I gained the strength to face the world."
The preview also teased a special food-ingredient expedition led by Lee Young-ja, the so-called "ingredient manager," who will set out with Jeon Hyun-moo and Yang Se-hyung in search of a new world of flavor. From green onion kimchi to natural stone pork belly and beef intestines, the upcoming episode promises mouthwatering food content and has raised expectations for the next broadcast.
