On the KBS 2TV program 'Boss in the Mirror,' which aired on the 21st, boss Lee Soon-sil made a direct presentation to secure a spot in a large supermarket.
Lee Soon-sil, who set out to challenge the warehouse-style market with her North Korean-style jang, reportedly requested a meeting with a major company right after conducting market research.
Lee Soon-sil said, "I noticed there aren't many kinds of doenjang and gochujang," and shared the results of her thorough market research for entry into a large supermarket.
When she met the staff member in charge, Lee Soon-sil joked, "My face is my business card." The director then sat down at the meeting table with a bright smile, wearing a polished social smile.
Lee Soon-sil, who had recently revealed that she was taking Wegovy, appeared with a noticeably slimmer face after losing 36 kg, surprising viewers even more. Dressed in a confident presentation outfit, she showed off a lean figure at 171 cm and 59 kg.
Lee Soon-sil unveiled the PPT she had prepared herself and explained the ingredients while emphasizing her modern reinterpretation of jang made in the North Korean style.
Although there was a brief setback, Lee Soon-sil overcame it with wit. Despite the product being twice as expensive as competing brands, she showed confidence and personally let them taste side dishes made with deodeok gochujang.
Lee Soon-sil boasted, "If I get a spot here, you know Park Myung-soo, Jeon Hyun-moo, and Kim Sook, right? If I say I'm doing something, they all come."
In an interview, she brazenly said, "Would they really sue me for name-dropping at a meeting? What would they even do?"
Park Myung-soo responded, "I'm not going. Shouldn't you make a proper request?" But Lee Soon-sil said she was disappointed, adding, "How many years have I been on TV, and you won't come even once?" which drew laughter.
Lee Soon-sil was confident, but the staff member remained cautious, saying, "We will let you know after discussion."
