Lalal in tears over her toddler daughter's accident: "The flesh was exposed and the muscle layer was visible... two lower teeth also fell out"

[Sportschosun Reporter Jo Yoon-sun] YouTuber Lalal recalled the painful moment she learned that her daughter Seobin had been in an accident.

On the 21st, a video titled "Seobin Got Hurt" was uploaded to Lalal's YouTube channel.

In the video, Lalal talked about the serious injury Seobin suffered in early June, which led to surgery. She explained, "Seobin kept trying to climb onto the carrier, and then she finally fell over in the parking lot after losing her balance."

She added, "Her chin was cut open by about 3 cm, and two lower teeth were completely knocked out." She said the emergency room would not accept her, so Seobin was taken by ambulance straight to a plastic surgery clinic.

Lalal recalled the moment in tears, saying, "The flesh was protruding and the muscle layer was visible. She was in pain and couldn't stay still, so I held her down and just cried uncontrollably."

She said she felt relieved after hearing from many mothers on Instagram that even if the permanent teeth were damaged, they could still come in later, or be corrected with orthodontic treatment if they grew in crooked. "I was really relieved," she said.

Lalal, who said she herself broke two lower teeth as a child and received composite resin dental treatment, said, "It is heartbreaking that she has to go through the same thing. I can't even put into words how I feel thinking that my child has to endure the same difficult process."

Later, Lalal visited the hospital with Seobin to have the stitches removed. After being told that the scar would likely not be very noticeable, she said, "It has healed a lot now, and since it is under the chin, I don't think the scar will be very visible. They said the teeth will most likely grow back, so I am very relieved. I am trying to think of it as losing the teeth a little early and stay as positive as possible."
