[Sportschosun Kim Soo-hyun] Imrara and Son Min-soo shared a glimpse of their daily life as they handled an overseas business trip together despite the realities of parenting and an injury.
On the 21st, the YouTube channel Enjoy Couple released a video titled "An Overseas Trip of Taking Care of Things That Almost Made Us the First."
The couple, who are raising twins, traveled to Okinawa, Japan, for the trip.
In particular, Son Min-soo had recently suffered an ACL tear while playing soccer, leaving him in need of a wheelchair.
Before departure, Son Min-soo told the children, "Dad will be gone for just a few days. I'm going to earn some money and come back. Wait for me," expressing his apology. He kept saying, "I love you." He also asked the mother who would be taking care of the children, "If anything happens, please call me right away, and I'll get on a plane immediately."
Instead of Son Min-soo, who had to move around in a wheelchair, Imrara took charge from the airport, personally handling both the luggage and the wheelchair.
Even after arriving at Okinawa Airport, things were not easy. Imrara had to push the wheelchair while moving around, and Son Min-soo looked restless and apologetic. Imrara mixed humor into her frustration, saying, "Do you know what you did?" Loading the wheelchair into the taxi was also her responsibility.
After arriving at the accommodation, Imrara let out a dry laugh at the beautiful ocean view. She said, "Right now, all I can do is laugh in disbelief, but the sea is so beautiful that I feel a little better," adding, "Still, I'm the optimistic type."
She also admitted, "I feel sorry that we're taking an overseas trip just the two of us without the kids." Referring to advice she had heard, she explained, "They say there are times when children cry for a long time if their mother isn't around, so we planned the schedule in advance."
After filming, they ended the day with a yakiniku dinner with the staff.
Their schedule continued the next day as well. Imrara described the situation realistically, saying, "In Korea, it's a twin stroller. Here, it's a wheelchair," and they also went out to see the sea.
Even so, she comforted herself by saying, "If I had been injured instead, I think Min-soo would have done everything for me," and tried to sort out her feelings.
Meanwhile, Son Min-soo has been diagnosed with an ACL tear from playing soccer, and Imrara is currently raising the twins on her own.
The couple married in 2023 and welcomed twin siblings last year.
