[Sportschosun Jo Min-jung] Kim Min-ji, the former announcer and wife of footballer Park Ji-sung, shared childhood memories of her husband and their two children to mark Father's Day in the United States.
On the 20th, Kim Min-ji posted several photos on her social networking service (SNS) along with the short message, "Happy Father's Day," reflecting on precious family moments.
The photos showed Park Ji-sung spending time with his two young children as an affectionate father.
In the first photo released, Park Ji-sung was seen smiling brightly while holding his son and daughter in his arms. The children were smiling cheerfully as they looked at their father, and Park Ji-sung was also enjoying the happy moment with his trademark warm smile. In another photo, the two children were seen playfully leaning in toward the sleeping Park Ji-sung and teasing him. Their mischievous expressions as they hugged their father tightly brought smiles to viewers' faces. Another photo showed Park Ji-sung and his eldest child looking at their newborn youngest child. With both of them gazing side by side at the baby lying on the bed, the excitement of welcoming a new family member came through clearly.
Fans who saw the photos reacted with comments such as, "Time really flies," "Park Ji-sung was totally a daughter dad and a son dad too," and "These family photos are so heartwarming."
Meanwhile, Park Ji-sung remains active even after retiring as a legend of the South Korean national football team. He is currently serving as an adviser to Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors and taking on various roles to help develop Korean football.
Kim Min-ji, a former announcer at Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS), has been widely loved for sharing her family-centered daily life and parenting moments on SNS after marriage. The couple married in 2014 and have one son and one daughter.
