[Sportschosun Kim Joon-seok] Model and broadcaster Han Hye-jin was left speechless while cleaning a swimming pool with her mother.
On the 25th, a video titled "Cleaning the Hellish Swimming Pool" was uploaded to Han Hye-jin's YouTube channel.
That day, Han Hye-jin planted sweet potatoes in the garden and pulled weeds with her mother before tackling an outdoor swimming pool teeming with tadpoles.
Hundreds of tadpoles had gathered on the pool floor, and the two struggled to drain the water with a hose and move the tadpoles elsewhere.
But when the water would not drain, her mother tried to use the siphon principle by sucking the water through the hose herself.
Seeing this, Han Hye-jin urgently stopped her, saying, "Mom, you'll really collapse if you keep doing that. Don't." But her mother did not give up and kept looking for a solution.
In the end, her mother came up with a simple fix: she switched to a transparent hose so she could check the flow of the water, and solved the problem at once. Han Hye-jin was amazed, saying, "My mom is really the head of an entertainment department."
After a series of twists and turns, the pool finally began to drain, and Han Hye-jin laughed, saying, "Goodbye, tadpoles." As they scooped out the water, she also shouted, "Isn't this Muhan Dojeon? Hurry up and scoop it out," drawing laughter.
Han Hye-jin then looked completely exhausted and said, "This feels like the hardest shoot I've done this year."
The video also revealed her mother's remarkable toughness.
Han Hye-jin said, "My mom even caught a snake that came into the house herself," and added with a laugh, "I wanted to keep it on video, but I only took a photo and forgot to press the video button."
Her mother calmly replied, "If something comes into the house, you have to catch it. How could I just leave it alone?" Han Hye-jin then said, "If it had been a video instead of a photo, the subscribers would have really loved it," expressing regret.
After a full day of farming and cleaning the pool, Han Hye-jin wrapped up the video with a smile, saying, "Today, my mom and I moved tadpoles, planted sweet potatoes, and did so much," and "It was the toughest shoot ever."
