Song Hye-kyo Says Final Goodbye to UAA Chief After 14 Years: "Thank You, Sister"

[Sportschosun Reporter Cho Min-jung] Actress Song Hye-kyo has thanked her agency UAA (United Artists Agency), which she has been with for 14 years, as she brings their long partnership to a close.

On the 26th, Song posted a photo of roses on her social media story and left a farewell message for UAA.

The photo showed pink roses in full bloom, along with the message, "I was truly happy and grateful during the time I spent with UAA. I will always keep every moment we shared in my heart as a precious memory. I sincerely support all of UAA's days ahead!" She then added the short phrase "Thank you, sister" and a heart emoji, expressing affection for the people she has worked with for many years.

Earlier, Song recently ended her exclusive contract with UAA. Since joining the agency in 2012, she spent about 14 years working on a range of projects, including "Descendants of the Sun," "Boyfriend," "The Glory," and "Black Nuns," cementing her status as one of South Korea's top actresses at home and abroad.

UAA also said in an official statement, "It was an honor to stand by each other as reliable partners over such a long time," adding, "We will continue to sincerely support actress Song Hye-kyo's new challenges."

Although Song has ended her contract with the agency, she chose a graceful farewell by exchanging gratitude and support.

Fans also voiced their support for her future, saying, "It feels even more touching because they were together for 14 years," "You can feel her sincerity even in a single rose photo," and "We will support her new beginning."

Meanwhile, Song is reportedly planning to launch a one-person agency.
