Shin Min-a Shows Off Her Unexpected Sense of Humor, Saying Kim Woo-bin Agrees: "He Says I'm Really Funny"

[Sportschosun Jo Yoon-sun reporter] Actress Shin Min-a showed off an unexpected sense of humor that even her husband Kim Woo-bin recognizes.

On the 26th, a video titled "Gong Hyo-jin and Shin Min-a Take a Quick Stroll in Seochon" was released on the YouTube channel "Temporarily Gong Hyo-jin."

In the video, Gong Hyo-jin said about Shin Min-a, "No one expects Min-a to be funny, but she is actually really funny." In response, Shin Min-a asked, "I kept emphasizing how funny I was on other YouTube channels while promoting the film 'Nundongja.' Please prove it."

Gong Hyo-jin kept stressing, "Min-a is funny," while Shin Min-a admitted, "I think the number of people who can be funny is limited."

The two also recalled how they first met. Shin Min-a, who said she first met Gong Hyo-jin at age 14, remembered, "Back then, unnie really felt like an older sister. I was especially young." Gong Hyo-jin said, "Min-a was the youngest. When the older sisters were talking, we didn't really include her, so she would sit quietly in her school uniform every day."

Shin Min-a said, "Back then, a reporter unnie grabbed my hand and took me over to the older sisters, saying, 'Please talk to Min-a,' but I hated it so much. I was scared, and I was perfectly happy being alone," drawing laughter. She added, "Then we met again on 'Volcano High,' and that's when we became close."

That day, Gong Hyo-jin said she gets along well with actor Kim Nam-hee and often chats with him on set. Hearing this, Shin Min-a said, "Unnie seems like the kind of person people feel comfortable around," and added, "Kim Nam-hee and I barely talked. I don't really talk much with anyone on set."

Gong Hyo-jin then explained, "Min-a only talks when someone talks to her. She's not shy; I think she is just waiting for someone to start the conversation." Shin Min-a asked, "Why am I like this?" and Gong Hyo-jin replied, "You just don't talk much."

Shin Min-a laughed and said, "It's not that I don't talk. When we call each other, we sometimes talk for nearly nine hours," and Gong Hyo-jin said, "I do almost all the talking."

Gong Hyo-jin also told Shin Min-a, who said small talk is hard for her, "I wouldn't say you're not chatty, but you're not the type to just blurt out whatever comes to mind." She added, "I have incredible quick wit."

After hearing that, Shin Min-a shot back, "I asked about me, so why are you ending up bragging about yourself?" Gong Hyo-jin explained, "I think you need quick wit to do small talk."

Gong Hyo-jin then asked, "Does Woo-bin say you're not funny?" Shin Min-a answered, "He says I'm really funny."

Meanwhile, Shin Min-a and Kim Woo-bin held their wedding in December last year after 10 years of public dating.
