[Sportschosun reporter Jung Yu-na] Singer and actress Uhm Jung-hwa showed off her swimsuit figure in Maui, Hawaii.
On the 26th, a video titled "Maui" was uploaded to Uhm Jung-hwa's YouTube channel.
In the video, Uhm Jung-hwa marveled as soon as she arrived in Maui, saying, "The color of the sea is so beautiful" and "The weather is so nice." As she toured a quiet local town, she added, "It's such a small, pretty town, and wherever you go, there are delicious and healthy restaurants," highlighting Maui's simple charm.
She also expressed satisfaction with her accommodation, saying, "It's so private and quiet that it's good for thinking. It makes my mind calm." She went on to emphasize the peace she felt on the trip, saying, "I don't feel like rushing. It's a place I want to stay for a very long time."
Uhm Jung-hwa visited the local town of Paia and said, "It's a town I really love," showing her affection for the area. She also enjoyed a free-spirited trip by browsing vintage shops and buying clothes herself.
She also visited local markets and restaurants, bought ingredients, and tried cooking Korean dishes for her foreign friends. She prepared kimchi stew, bulgogi, and cucumber salad herself, saying, "I don't know if my foreign friends will like it, but I made it with care."
During the trip, she also visited an ice cream shop and a local restaurant to enjoy local food. She said, "This is the famous ice cream place that everyone who comes here visits," expressing her satisfaction, and spent relaxing time looking out at the sea. In particular, Uhm Jung-hwa enjoyed her time on the beach in a swimsuit, showing off a firm figure and healthy appeal that made it hard to believe she is 56.
For the final part of the trip, she reflected on the day, saying, "I spent the whole day reading, listening to music, tanning, and drinking cocktails while watching my friends kite surf." She added, "It was such a peaceful and happy day."
At the end of the trip, Uhm Jung-hwa said, "This Maui trip was really relaxing, fun with my friends, and very healing. I'll go back to Seoul and work hard on filming again," hinting at her next schedule.
