[Sportschosun reporter Jang Jong-ho] Himchan Hospital is holding an online voting event for its "Health Campaign for Healthy Golf." The campaign videos offer information on preventing joint pain and injuries that can occur during golf rounds.
Golf, a sport in which players hit a ball with clubs on the course and compete by the number of strokes, can easily cause pain in various joints because of repeated swing motions and poor posture. People with weak knees may experience knee pain when swinging on sloped ground. It is also common to develop elbow pain after repeatedly performing movements that place excessive strain on the wrists and elbows, such as a golf swing.
The online voting event works by watching the Health Campaign for Healthy Golf videos and then choosing the one that is more informative. To participate, users must follow Himchan Hospital's official Instagram account (@himchanhospital) and take part in the vote. The event runs from June 20 to 30, and beverage vouchers will be given to selected participants through a drawing.
