Actor Yoo Ah-in (38, Um Hong-sik) and singer Kim Ho-joong (32) will celebrate their first holiday together at the Seoul Detention Center. The two were each arrested on different criminal charges and are currently in Seoul Detention Center, where they will spend the Chuseok holiday.

Yoo Ah-in was sentenced to one year in prison and fined 2 million won in the first trial on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act and was arrested in court on the 3rd. Kim Ho-joong was arrested on May 24 on charges of dangerous driving injuries and inaction after the accident, and both continue to be imprisoned at the Seoul Detention Center.

According to the Seoul Detention Center's Chuseok menu, bread, jam, soup, hard-boiled eggs and soy milk will be served for breakfast on Chuseok, while potato sujebi soup, stir-fried dried seaweed, corn salad, and cabbage kimchi will be served for lunch. In the evening, soybean paste stew, gondre rice, marinade, and cabbage kimchi are served. A special meal will be provided for the Chuseok holiday, but the special menu is not yet known.

Kim Ho-joong and Yoo Ah-in were each reportedly imprisoned in solitary confinement. The solitary room where Kim Ho-joong was imprisoned is about 5.05㎡, and is equipped with a flush toilet, sink, blanket, and television. It is estimated that infants are also living in solitary confinement in a similar environment. Both are undecided and will not participate in the joint turn, a correctional event for the Chuseok holiday.

Kim Ho-joong was arrested on charges of attempting false surrender after a drunk driving accident, and has recently agreed with the victim and submitted a letter of apology. Yoo Ah-in has been charged with illegally administering a number of drugs since 2020 and was sentenced to prison in the first trial.
