Hanatour Launches "Big Hatu Fair," From Preparation to Departure

Hanatour is launching the "Big Hatu Fair." The event was designed for summer vacationers and travelers planning trips during the Chuseok holiday. Its main focus is convenience, with a streamlined process that minimizes hassles from preparation to departure. It will mainly feature products with fixed fuel surcharges, rather than higher fares caused by recent oil price increases, along with products backed by verified customer demand.

According to Hanatour on the 15th, the Big Hatu Fair will run until July 12. During the promotion period, coupons usable across all categories, including package tours, air-and-hotel deals, overseas flights, and domestic and international accommodations, will be offered. Card-specific payment benefits will also be available. Hanatour has also set aside travel subsidies worth a total of 100 million won to provide practical benefits for travelers. The campaign will be held in the form of a prize draw. Winners will receive fuel surcharge support through mileage awards of 1 million miles for long-haul destinations such as Europe and the Americas, 300,000 miles for short-haul destinations such as Southeast Asia, Japan and China, and 50,000 miles for domestic travelers. The "Hana Travel" event, which offers a chance to visit Hawaii, will also run in two rounds: one winner will receive round-trip Hawaii airfare for two people in the first round from June 15 to June 28, and one winner will receive a four-night Hawaii hotel stay in the second round from June 29 to July 12.

A Hanatour official said, "Big Hatu Fair was designed to let customers focus only on travel and enjoyment by offering practical benefits such as fuel surcharge support."
