[Sportschosun Kim So-hee] Sullyoon of the group Nmixx moved fans to concern after she was seen in tears during a world tour concert while complaining of back pain.

A post titled "Sullyoon goes on stage in tears" has recently spread across Social Networking Service (SNS) and online communities, drawing attention.

According to the released video, Sullyoon appeared on stage at a recent world tour performance to meet fans, but she looked visibly strained after suddenly developing back pain. She tried to carry on until the end, but eventually could not hold back her emotions and broke into tears, leaving fans heartbroken.

Footage from the venue showed Sullyoon touching her lower back and moving carefully during the performance. As she, known for her bright energy on stage, showed signs of discomfort, fans grew even more worried. After the concert, messages of support poured in online, including, "I hope she doesn't push herself," "Health comes first," and "I hope she gets enough rest and recovers."

Sullyoon later reassured fans by sharing an update directly through a fan communication platform. She explained, "I think I overdid it during yesterday's dress rehearsal, because it started hurting then. So I put on a pain patch, took medicine, and went to sleep, but when I woke up, it had gotten just a little worse."

She added, "I told them, and I got laser treatment and all sorts of other treatment. The company and the hospital both said it would be better if I rested, but I wanted to do at least a little bit on stage." Her sincerity in wanting to keep her promise to fans came through clearly.

Sullyoon also candidly shared an episode from the treatment process. She said, "I got an injection while lying face down, and the bed ended up covered in tears. I kept saying, 'I'm sorry,' and scrubbed the bed with the tissues they gave me, and the nurses said, 'It's okay. Everyone cries.'" Her account only deepened the sympathy.

After Sullyoon's confession spread, fans responded with messages of support, saying, "She must have been in so much pain to cry like that," "The stage matters, but I hope she takes care of her health first," and "Her sense of responsibility makes this even more heartbreaking."

Meanwhile, Nmixx will continue its first-ever world tour, "EPISODE 1: ZERO FRONTIER," across five Asian cities, starting in Bangkok on the 13th and then moving on to Singapore, Kaohsiung, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.
