[Sportschosun Kim So-hee reporter] Singer Jang Yoon-jung, who has transformed into the CEO of an entertainment agency, treated her employees to a generous display of perks.
On the 25th, a video titled "First Reveal: Jang Yoon-jung's Agency Dinner and Welfare Vlog" was uploaded to the YouTube channel "Janggongjang Jang Yoon-jung." The video showed Jang Yoon-jung visiting a restaurant in Apgujeong, Seoul, with her company staff.
That day, Jang Yoon-jung greeted chef Yoon Nam-no warmly and looked forward to the meal as she received menu recommendations. Yoon joked, "Do you eat oysters?" and added, "I'll put in a few hidden items. They're not on the menu. This is the real VIP treatment."
He then said, "I like the word omakase. If there is nothing you cannot eat, I would be grateful if you enjoyed it in our style," before leaving to prepare the dishes.
Left at the table with her employees, Jang Yoon-jung also reflected on the months since founding the company. "It has been seven months since I started the company. It has also been about half a year since I began working hard together with you all," she said. "Let's enjoy good food today and talk about our future." She added, "This is a meal to treat you as part of our company welfare, so please enjoy yourselves to the fullest today," drawing applause.
Afterward, Jang Yoon-jung and her staff enjoyed an omakase course meal and spent a relaxed time together. She expressed satisfaction, saying, "We can't eat expensive, high-quality food often, but on a day like today, you can think of it as setting the mood."
Even after the meal, Jang Yoon-jung's care for her employees continued. "I want the people who work with me to be happy, so I plan to share good meals with them regularly," she said. "Since I take care of my health, vitamin intake is important, right? I'll also arrange Vitamin D injections."
In fact, a few days later, Jang Yoon-jung visited a hospital with her staff and had them receive Vitamin D injections, showing welfare that was not just talk but action.
Meanwhile, Jang Yoon-jung announced last December through "Janggongjang Jang Yoon-jung" that she had become the CEO of an entertainment agency. At the time, she said she had been preparing for quite a while and had wondered when she should share the news. "I wanted to try building a company for the younger artists I want to nurture," she said. "I wanted to create a company that entertainers would enjoy and never want to leave."
