According to the Korean Film Council Integrated Computer Network, "Nundongja" drew 34,941 moviegoers on the 24th, its opening day, taking first place among same-day releases and second place at the overall box office.
As of 7 a.m. on the 25th, the film also earned a 9.45 rating on Naver from actual viewers, highlighting the thrilling appeal of a suspense thriller and proving itself to be one of this summer’s most anticipated releases.

"Nundongja" tells the story of a protagonist who is gradually losing her sight to a hereditary disease and uncovers the truth behind the death of her twin sibling, only to come face to face with the reality behind it. The film stars Shin Min-a, Kim Nam-hee, Lee Seung-ryong, and Kim Young-ah, and was directed by Yeom Ji-ho of "The Neighbor."
