소속사 측은 30일 보도자료를 통해 "화영이 일본 부도칸 콘서트를 마치고 귀국 후 7월 27일 '뮤직뱅크' 생방송 도중 순서 2팀을 남기고 무대 못 오르겠다고 돌발행동을 했다"고 폭로했다.

뮤직뱅크 방송이 끝난 후 매니저들은 방송사에서 큰 꾸지람을 들었고 매니저들은 화영이를 보호하기 위해 갑자기 쓰러져서 무대에 못 오른다고 전달했는데 지금 화영의 태도를 이해하지 못하겠다고 전했다.
