'칸의 여왕' 전도연은 1990년 광고 모델로 얼굴을 알린 후 1992년 TV드라마 '우리들의 천국'에서 본격적으로 연기를 시작했다. 94년 '종합병원', 95년 '젊은이의 양지' 등 TV 브라운관에서 맹활약을 펼친 그녀는 97년 첫 영화 '접속'에서는 그녀만의 매력을 선보이며 여배우로서도 가능성을 인정받았다.
